Patient Service Associate (Emergency)

Job Description:

 The Challenges 

You will be required to perform the multiple tasks of patient registration, payment collection, filing of patients' records, bed booking as well as financial counselling.

The Requirements

- Diploma or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' level
- Preferably with frontline/customer services experience 
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good typing speed
- Must be prepared to put on surgical mask as and when required
- Must be able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays (Eg : 8 am - 3 pm / 3 pm - 10 pm / 10 pm - 8 am / 9 am - 4 pm / 10 am - 5 pm)
