The Challenges
You will be responsible for providing patient and customer services to our patients as the first point of contact for patients at the Emergency Department, Your other duties include assisting patients with their registration, offering discharge advices as well as updating family members on the status of patients' conditions.
The Requirements
- Minimum NITEC or GCE 'O'/ 'N' level
- Preferably with Certificate in Healthcare
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality industry
- Energetic with a lively disposition and dedicated to customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to put on surgical mask
- Able to perform the following shift hours on a 6-day work week :
8 am - 3 pm/3 pm - 10 pm/4.30pm - 11.30pm
