The Challenges
You will assist the Chef de Partie and the Demi Chef de Partie in ensuring the smooth running of the production kitchen, which caters for daily patients' meals. You will also prepare the daily mise en place, plating and dishing of meals, and ensure meal quality standards are met.
The Requirements
- ITE certificate / GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, and a F&B Safety & Hygiene Certificate
- At least 4 years of work experience as a Cook in Chinese/Muslim cuisine or bakery
- Candidates with meat cutting experience are also welcome
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends with staggered hours between 5am to 7pm
